The Oliver Cromwell Hotel operates the following cancellation policies;

Advance Purchase: Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests who cancel at any time are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Flexible Rate Bookings: All Flexible Rate bookings are refundable on cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Guests who cancel less than 72 hours before 2pm GMT on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
